Post 10 (week 15) >> Evaluation of your Blogging Experience

I think that this experience is really positive and is another type of activity we dont usually do, so its fun but sometimes the themes are hard to write for me because, i so i can have a distraction, or maybe write like unusual things , like maybe... what are the steps for making a good dental evaluation? or just to talk about my week in general....i guess is kind of hard to say what i would like to talk about cause sometimes i just want to write what i think, are something bad or good that happend to me.dont get inspired on every theme, but i try to do my best with the themes.
My writting skills, i would say got a little bit better, but its okay because, wen people read my blog they can understand what im trying to say, so with that im happy.
I would like to include, more writing things because im not so good at talking activities,so... it would be, better for me if i could do more writing exams, rather than the talking type of evaluation.
I would like to write about, my career, or maybe things that are complete opposite to my career

Post 9 (week 13) "My favorite Subject this Semester"

Hi dears I am going to talk about a very entertaining topic, please put your attention.

What is your favorite subject this semester?

My favorite subject this semester is “Bases científicas y clínicas para el diagnóstico”.

This subject is taught for twenty teachers among them eight doctors and among these doctors is the Dr. Gamonal, who is the doyen of the Faculty of Dentistry of the Universidad of Chile.

I enjoyed this subject because I didn’t have to go to mandatorily to  the classes  hahaha but talking seriously I enjoyed this subject because I was able to investigate and study dentomaxilar anomalies, the most basic process of the organism like the cellular metabolism and also the most prevalent diseases that affect the oral health. I loved this subject because for one moment I felt like a real dentist. The teachers were very worried for the education of their students. I learned how to be a better person and companion and that I have to study more because this subject is very demanding.

                                             

My expectations about the subject for the next year is that the subjects will be more difficult because I am going to clinic and receive patients. The clinics subject, like fixed prostheses are very very very very difficult and generates many repeaters, so it kind of worries me.

In my opinions the clinics subject are the pillars of our career but I hate the coordinating teachers of clinical subject. As a student I usually have many problems with the coordination of the subject because the new curriculum is very poorly organized.

Post 8 (week 8) >> How Green Are You?

Hi Friends today I am going to talk about “reciclyng”

The government is the organism that promotes recycle through the use of posters and programs of recycling. The people learn watching campaigns about protection of environment and recycling in the tv, among them “Recicla tu mundo”. This campaigns are forms for people to interact with the environment and learn about it.

In my habits I have incorporated the recycling, because my father is an engineer in environment management and in my family is prohibited to throw papers, plastic and informatics waste in a jar on the common garbage. To recycle is very important for the environment because we as human are a constant source of contamination for the planet and ourselves throw material that we could recycle to the environment instead of using this material for other thing.

I use “longboard” because it doesn’t generate pollution, but I prefer to use my legs if I have to walk to the place I like, I don’t like to use cars or motorcycles. I went to a recycling fair in a park in the years 2012, where I signed in a group of environment protection “Greenpeace” because the human garbage fleet in the ocean and this is killing the marine life. I have the necessity to contribute to the cleaning of the world

For example I reduce my carbon footprint when I prefer to use some kind of transport that doesn’t produce pollution , between them the bicycle or just walking.

In Santiago of Chile ,the big problem is that Santiago dosent have very good politics that cover the topic of recycling.

The next week I going to talk about another very important topic.

Post 7 (week 7) >> My Future Job

Hi dear friends

Today I am going to talk about my future job, this topic is very important because the job that you choose is for lifetime.

The job that I would like to have is to be a dentist; I imagine my job as a very competitive profession in the public area, but it is a very recognized profession because the dentist is the professional that takes care of oral health of people.

I prefer to work in an indoor hospital or in a private consult because working outdoor is very tiring. The dentist has the obligation to realized promotion and prevention in oral health if he works outdoors.

I don’t like to travel so much, but if in the journey is for getting recognition by some scientific work, I would happily travel to anywhere.

I would like to work in an office (dental consult) because I like quiet work and others. In this moment I am studying a pre grate to become a general dentist but in the future I will study a post grade in oral rehabilitation in any American university. This is very important for me because ,for me the oral rehabilitation are the only real doctors.

I am very happy with my career, but it is very difficult, I need a break.

1. What do you think about compulsive spenders?

We think that the compulsive spenders have a problem or mental healt, because they buy innesesary things, but in our country we are continuously exposed to publicity therefore the people are pressured to buy.

2. What's the most common problem a Dentists face along their career?

The problem the dental student including the high prices in the treatments to our patients and materials we have to buy. In addition the graduates students have problems for work in the public sector, for example deficient structure of the consultories. In Chile, the dental care is very expensive and a luxury to the people and the government only finance it through FONASA.

Post 8 (week 11) >> SUMMER PLANS

Hi friends I am going to talk about SUMMER.

The place that I would like visit are the countryside of Scotland because are places beautiful and whit very history. I would like visit the earth of William Wallace specifically the city of Elderslie.

In Elderslie I could visit the Wallace monuments and walk for the longs countrysides of this beautiful country. I would like go with my friends because get out with my family all holidays is very bored. I and my friends have gone to many places around the world for example Machu Pichu in Peru and Cancun in Mexico.

The activities that I could realize are ride a horse, visit the museum house of William Wallace, I could visit the place in were the war occurred the world of the three kingdoms (Scotland, England and Ireland).

I am planning to go to Canada as an exchange student for the summer.  I will live in the house of my uncles. My uncle is rector of a university in this country and I would like study there for a time.

I like of American football, and in Canada I Could practice this sport. Canada is a cool country and I like the hots weathers but I think that go to this country could be a beautiful experience.

The bad part of the story is that I will live two longs months with my uncles and my uncles are very olds and conservatives, then I think I bore much.

PET Practice

1. What was difficult about the exercise one was that the text was kind of long, but it had some difficult words, that i had to look up to fully understand the text.

And the activity two was very simple, it just required that you read carefully the sing and respond the answer.

2. I would like to visit the Grand Canyon, I choose it because my girlfriend lived near, and said it was a beautiful place and that it changed depending on the season you went, and because you can do rafting on the river and because you can find a lot of different animals on the canyon.

3. English is important in any part of the world, and it helps us understand and find more information about things we want to know, and I think that I should learn more English in the future if I want to travel around the world it would be simpler to communicate and I think we should learn more about basic conversation topics.

PET (Preliminary English Test) Practice >> Session 1 (week 10)

1. Which of the three skills is more challenging for you?

The listening part was the more challenging for me, because i had to hear all the tape to answer and at first i just listen a part of it and answered, i didnt it hear it completely and i had some wrong answers because of that.

2. What task was the most difficult for you? Why?

The most difficult was vocabulary, because sometimes I read too fast and didn’t completely understand the phrase and answered wrong.

3. What was the easiest? Why?

The easiest was reading, because I think I have more facilities for reading

POST 7 (week 9) - THEMED POST N° 3 "My Favorite Food"

About my favorite food i would say its cooked potatoes and sausages and junk food in general. I like because of the taste, and because its easy and fats to prepare, and junk food is rarely good because we know its not as elaborated as the other and the materials aren’t the best, but it tastes really good, other type of food I like is sushi and Korean food.

I don’t usually eat these type of food, but I do it more often junk than the potatoes and the sausages, this last food I eat it at my house, but the junk food would be when I go out, or when I want to eat it cause its easy to get, you can buy junk food anywhere. Sushi I eat it with my family sometimes and other times with my girlfriend, and I have just eaten Korean food once, and I really enjoyed it, and I went to a Korean restaurant with my girlfriend because we wanted to try new type of food, and she wanted to try Korean food so we did.

Since my favorite food is easy to cook I do know to cook it, but i am usually too lazy to cook so I eat what they cooked in my house or just buy something or when my girlfriend is at home I ask her to cook something for me

Post 4 >> (week 6) Themed Post 2 " Pets "

Hi friends
Today I am going to talk about the pets.

i have a pet, is a female dog and her name is sacha.

Sacha is a "salchicha" dog. I love to my dog hahaha, she is six years old and she gets very happy when I play with her. Sacha and I run every day around our home for some exercise.

I chose the name for my pet because she is very smart and beautiful as Princess Anastacia "Sacha" of Rucia (Tsarist empire).

In the future i would like to have a sloth. The sloth is a serene animal, it is pacific, it is very very spoiled and its like a baby. 

The type of pet that most i like is the dog, because the dog is the best friend of men, the dog is loyal, the dog is our friend and our protector.

Exotic pets are very delicate, I think if you have an exotic pet you must take care of this animal with great love. . You must have an exotic pet in a very similar environment to the natural environment where that animal was born.

i think that the pet i most hate is the cat. the cat is very lazy, noisy at night, i dont know i just dont like it.

I am a dog lover ever ever.<3

Post 4 >> (week 6) Themed Post 2 " My favorite Sport "

Hello friend this week i am going to talk about my favorite sport.

My favorite sport is taekwondo, this is a martial art. I like this sport because this is sport of strength and ability, this is a deport of meditation and patience.

I practice this sport in the faculty of the Universidad de chile with the former champion of the world cup Corea  1994 Anyelina Contreras. I practice this sport practically all day, I need this sport because its help me to relax me.

The benefits of practicing Taekwondo are too many. Many studies have shown that people who exercise the body with this martial art have a lower risk of obesity, chronic diseases, drug addiction, among other conditions that affect the physical, mental and emotional health.

Studies in adults  older  than 40 years showed that the martial arts improve  the balance and the reaction time of the persons.

I would like to practice other martial arts for example: karate do, Muay thai between others.  Nevertheless my favorite is the taekwondo.

POST 2 (Week 4) >> The best Holidays/Concert ever

The best concert I have gone to, would Santi gets louder 2015, that took place in the ex airport of Cerillos and the date was september 28 (twenty eight) .

The concert started at 12:30, there were a lots of bands, in total there were sixteen concerts in the same place and in the same date, but i went to see one band in particular, I went to see System of a down,this show was the last one of the day. 

System of a Down is an American alternative metal band of Armenian descent formed in Los Angeles , California in 1995. It is composed by Serj Tankian (composition , vocals , keyboard and occasional guitar), Daron Malakian (composition , guitar and vocals) , Shavo Odadjian (bass and background vocals ) and John Dolmayan (drums ) .

 They are known for performing songs whose lyrics speak out against child abuse , violence , war , genocide , pornography , the predominance of material interests in society , social , physical and ideological inequalities, intolerance and discrimination , among others.

 The atmosphere was cool, there were a lot of people singing, jumping , and just having a good time.

I believe they like performing on Chile cause they have a good connection with us, so they must enjoy that.

POST 1 (Week 3) >> A COUNTRY I'D LIKE TO VISIT

I would to go to Frances specifically the city of Parìs, because I think is pretty places to go and theres a lot of places you can visit that are relevant historically... I know that they speck french, they have a lot of history and one of the most amazing towers in the world.

I would like to go to visit the subway, the underground cemetery, and the faculty of dentistry, specifically in Parìs... I would like to study there to have more knowledge about dentistry and meet other people somethings i like about france is their measurements about contamination. They do not let people use their cars in the center of the city.

The Eiffel Tower is one of the great monuments of France and I woul like to work near to the Eiffel tower and remember every day  the greatness of France.

Paris is the city of music and fashion. I would like know musicians and artists from France; for example: Rappers,  among  them  “Booba, Keny Arkana, Kery james”  between others.

France is the best country to visit :3
